Recent News Happy New Year! Published 01/01/2007

Unfortunately here at GameNutts 2007 might be a slow year. With a lack of help on the review side and more pressing issues on a personal side, we (my wife and I) will do what we can to review the games we are playing. With a PS3, Wii and 360 in hand. Those are the systems we will most likely be covering. All other sections though will be supported for a little while more, but it looks like the Game Cube and Xbox will have little to no new content due to a lack of support.

Reviews comming soon:

    Pheonix Wright

    Gears of War

    Cooking Moma

    The Burger King Games

    Viva Pinata

    Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Iif anyone wants to contribute and write reviews for me just send me an e-mail to MikeMcNutt@GameNutts.com.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is a genre changing RPG, giving the user, more freedom, more objectives, more stories, more graphics, more choices, and more content than any other single player console game before it.

Condemned: Criminal Origins is a must play game for Xbox 360 owners. A short campaign and simplistic controls puts the focus on the engrossing story.

Rockstar takes a break from making controversial violent games to make what is the best simulation of table tennis ever made.

A decent but repetitive racing game full of vehicular combat and massive destruction.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 is a decent first attempt on the 360, but other than some nice visuals, not much else has been improved. Like all EA games, more seems to have been removed from the game than improved upon.

If you’ve waited this long to play a basketball game, you might as well wait a little longer. There isn’t much to offer in NBA Live 06, even at a bargain bin price before the release of the next version.

Bioware does an excellent job bringing Star Wars fans an original and respectable RPG in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

If you are a fan of Katamari Damacy but yearn for the ability to take all the katamari rolling fun with you, then you should pick up Me & My Katamari. It’s more of the same great gameplay with some interesting twists.

King Kong is a decent enough movie based game for fans of the movie. But lasting slightly longer than the film itself, it’s hard to recommend paying full price for this.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories takes Sora’s adventures to a card battle game. Unfortunately it boils down to more button mashing, than a satisfyingly deep strategy game.

Fight Night Round 3 is a beautiful representation of a Next Gen game on the Xbox 360. Unfortunately fans of the series won’t find much of new in terms of gameplay or features, but what is there still makes a solid and satisfying boxing experience.
